The Native American Cultural Society at
the University of Connecticut is a fun way to learn about the Native American Culture. All are welcome to join the club, as
we have Natives and non-Natives.
We learn about the culture by learning
about some of the crafts specific to tribes, discussing different tribal traditions, and organizing the yearly pow
wow. Our meeting time has changed for the Fall semester (2006). We now meet on TUESDAYS at
6:30 in the Student Union room 322
Our Officers
Current Co-Presidents: David Morgana and Jeff Cranford
Past President '03-'06: Erica "Ricki" Berg
Faculty Advisors: Glen Wilson and Ted Van Alst
Native American Advisor: Wendell Deer with Horns
